☞ How do I Reserve a Tour(s) or a Transfer(s) in 3 easy Steps?
1/ Select your Tour(s) or Transfer(s) by clicking on one of our 6 categories : Paris Day Tours, Paris Night Tours, Versailles Tours, Tours around Paris, Paris Transfers or Paris Private Tours.
Once you have chosen your tour(s) ☛ select how many persons (price will adjust automatically) and the date of the tour(s), Click on «Add to Cart», you will be redirected to shopping cart page.
2/ On the shopping cart page, you can continue Shopping or Order. If you choose to Order and Validate your booking, you will be asked to open an account with a password (to secure your personal data). That takes only 2 minutes to fill in a form with basic information such as your name, phone number, e-mail address to be able to contact you for the details of your reservation(s). Once you have completed the form click «Register».
3/ You are now Step N°1 enter the name of your hotel in Paris, the language for your tour(s), and two other necessary information, Step N°2 is the summary of your Order, follow the procedure until Step N°3 where your credit card data is required to finalize the booking.
☞ Is my credit card charged immediately when I book?
No, because tours are subject to availability. Although most bookings are confirmed instantly, some tours especially those including shows and dinners can take up to 24-48 hours to get a confirmation.
The credit card is requested as a guarantee of the booking, an authorization (you are not charged yet) is held on your card until we can confirm your reservation.
Only when your booking(s) is confirmed, we send you a confirmation and your voucher with all the details of your reservation(s).
The credit card is charged only at that moment.
☞ After my reservation?
You receive immediately an e-mail confirming that your reservation(s) is under process. Please note that your credit card is not charged for the moment. Once we can confirm your booking, we send you a confirmation and your voucher by e-mail with all the details of your tour(s) with the pick-up time at your hotel.
☞ How do I view my Order(s) in Detail after my booking?
On any page Click on «My account» ☛ then click on «Log In» ☛ enter your e-mail address and password that you have chosen when you first registered ☛ then Click on «Log In» ☛ you are back to the home page, click then again on «My account» ☛ you have now access to your account ☛ Click on «Follow up of order» you will see your order(s) in detail.
☞ What if my booking(s) is not available?
We send you an e-mail offering you an alternative choice, usually we ask you if you would agree to change the date of the tour.
If you don’t agree with this proposal, of course the credit card is not charged.
☞ Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes you can, charges may apply, please read carefully our Terms & Conditions. Refunds are made directly on your credit card account.
☞ What kind of credit cards do you accept?
We accept, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When you leave your credit card data on our web site in step N°3, you are redirected directly to the server of our bank that assures to our customers the highest ssl encryption technology.
You will see the address on your navigator turning from http to https and a lock icon will appear on the tool bar, that is your guarantee of a coded and secure server.
☞ I don’t want to leave my credit card on the internet?
Although our system is 100% secure with an ultimate ssl encryption system, you can send your credit card information by fax as well. Contact us first.
☞ Why opening an account on your website?
You are asked to open an account for 2 main reasons, the first one is to secure your personal data with a password, and the second is that you can then manage your account very easily, view your orders in detail, print your invoice...
To open an account, it will take you a few minutes only, just enter your e-mail address a password of your choice and basic information such as your name, phone number, mailing address and you are registered.
